Our tailored job placement and staffing services supports your hiring needs. Through our employee placement program, we work closely with the individuals to make sure they are “job ready” with the skills you need before they start working with your business. This means the people with disabilities you are hiring are ready and able to help your business succeed.
We work with you in two ways. The first is a partnership, where you become an essential part of supporting our mission as a business partner. The second is as an ally of Anthesis, providing opportunities for people with disabilities in the competitive working environment.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS | CONTRACT WITH ANTHESIS
For over fifty years, we have worked closely with local businesses that have supported our mission of providing independent and inclusive lives for people with disabilities. Our business partners welcome individuals and small groups into their workplace and offer an inclusive opportunity to work within the community.
The hard work of these individuals on the greater team is inspirational. Many of our business partners have expressed a noticeable improvement in employee morale just by working with Anthesis individuals!
Our business partners contract directly with Anthesis to fill a variety of job needs. We begin by matching just the right person or groups of people for the job. We also provide a job coach who supports your new employee as needed and makes certain he/she is successful in your work environment. The job coach’s role is to provide on-going training and mentoring to the employee, at no additional cost to you. Above all, we have found this additional support ensures we are successful in meeting your expectations.
BUSINESS ALLIES | HIRE DIRECTLY
We also work with local businesses to fulfill specific competitive job openings. These businesses hire individuals directly for full-time or part-time work.
A big advantage of hiring someone from Anthesis is knowing the employees have been assessed for job readiness and have received skills training before working for you.
HOW WE WORK WITH BUSINESSES
Our Director of Employment Programs and/or Job Developer will meet with your business in order to understand your needs and discuss your employment goals. From there, we determine which of our employment solutions is best for your organization. We then help you find the perfect team or individual to fit your needs. It’s that easy!
STEP ONE >
Together, we determine what you need. Whether it is a specific skill set or some other hiring goal, we identify how Anthesis can best fill your business needs.
STEP TWO >
After reviewing our candidate pool, we present you with our best-qualified individual(s) who meets your needs. We also provide input to help you make the final hiring decision.
STEP THREE
Finally, Anthesis works with you to onboard your new staff member to ensure a smooth transition into your organization.

TEMPORARY AND SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
We get it. Sometimes you have a project that temporarily exceeds your staffing capabilities. Or perhaps you have seasonal workloads that need a little extra help.
When this happens, our temporary staffing services will help you scale your workforce. Because of our pool of well-qualified people, we are a great resource to supplement your workload needs.
Of course, even with temporary or seasonal employment, we provide a job coach to your worksite to help oversee the group of employees. We will also provide additional training and support on-site at no additional fee to you if needed.
When the project is completed, the group will move on to its next assignment. It’s that simple. You get your project done, and our workers have an opportunity to engage in productive and meaningful work. In other words, it’s a win/win.
