Our Supported Employment Services bridge the gap between job seekers with I/DD and inclusive employers ready to benefit from a diverse workforce. This program provides paid employment opportunities for participants, either as individual placements or in small group settings known as enclaves.
By partnering with Anthesis, employers access motivated workers while helping build a more inclusive community.
What We Offer:
Individual Placements
Participants are hired directly by employers, supported by a dedicated job coach who ensures a smooth transition and ongoing success.
Group Placements
Small teams of participants work together under the supervision of a job coach, learning teamwork and job-specific skills.
On-the-Job Coaching
Comprehensive support to help participants excel in their roles and ensure employer satisfaction.
Long-Term Case Management
Continuous monitoring and support for both participants and employers to foster success.
