Integrated Employment and Community Based Services (IECBS)

Preparing for Adulthood and Self-Sufficiency

Anthesis’ IECBS program bridges the gap between high school completion and navigating adulthood through life skills and job-readiness training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants are supported in community-based settings in a 1:3 ratio with a Direct Support Professional. In addition, 1:1 support is available for those seeking employment.

Participants engage in real-world experiences that build social, emotional, and work-related abilities.
Vocational Skills Development
Training in workplace etiquette, task management, and job-specific skills through volunteer opportunities.
Education
Providing support in attending college classes through a partnership with Mt. SAC Community College.
