This free, in-person workshop series is designed for teens and their parents, offering a comprehensive 8-week program focused on essential social skills and emotional development.

The Teen Social Connections Workshop Series covers a variety of important topics aimed at helping teens navigate social challenges and build healthy relationships. Topics include:
- Choosing Friends: Learning how to identify and foster positive friendships.
- Relationships & Boundaries: Understanding the importance of setting and respecting boundaries in different types of relationships.
- Bullying & Teasing: Strategies to handle and prevent bullying and teasing.
- Positive Body Image: Promoting self-acceptance and a healthy body image.
- Social Media & Communication: Navigating the complexities of social media and effective communication.
- Rumors & Gossip: Coping with and addressing rumors and gossip.
- Emotional Regulation & Coping: Techniques for managing emotions and developing coping strategies.
- Review/Graduation: Summarizing key learnings and celebrating the completion of the workshop.
