We hope you will also take a moment to encourage others as we all strive to reach our goals together!
Why Join?
In a word – Prizes! Raise funds and you can earn prizes. Each registered participant will receive a virtual raffle ticket for each distance segment completed and be entered into a drawing. We will also have some competitive awards for individuals, teams, and families. Find out more.
The Power of the Flower is Anthesis’s only event this year and is our largest fundraiser. Your help is critical to our mission to support independent and inclusive lives for adults with [dis]abilities through employment and community integration. There is much uncertainty about future government funding, additional expenses due to COVID-19, and Anthesis simply cannot continue to provide individualized services without your support. Because of your fundraising efforts individuals with disabilities in our community will have the services they need to live fulfilled lives.
More reasons to join are exercise helps adults stay active and improves physical and emotional health. The benefits of incorporating exercise into daily or weekly routines are far-reaching, not only for helping your body be fit, but also to improve your sleep, mood, and energy levels.
