Willie M. is a participant in the Supported Employment Program, which offers support and coaching to help participants success in their roles. Through the support provided by Anthesis’ programs, Willie has been able to flourish and reach his goals. Willie really enjoys his job and feels fulfilled when he accomplishes his tasks and responsibilities successfully. Because of Anthesis’ dedication to providing life-changing opportunities for adults with disabilities, Willie now exudes positivity and dedication, so much so that his coworkers take notice.
