Anthesis Celebrates 60 Years of Creating Possibilities

For 60 years, Anthesis has worked alongside individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to create opportunities for greater independence, employment, inclusion, and connection within our community.

This year, we are proud to celebrate six decades of service with the Anthesis 60th Anniversary Dinner: Rooted in Community, Growing Possibilities, on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Upland Events and Banquet Center.

This special semi-formal evening will bring together participants, families, staff, supporters, community partners, and friends to reflect on Anthesis’ history, celebrate the people who have shaped our organization, and look ahead to the possibilities still to come.

From our beginnings as Pomona Valley Workshop to the organization Anthesis is today, our story has been built through the dedication of generations of individuals, families, employees, volunteers, donors, and community partners who believed in expanding opportunities for people with disabilities.

We invite you to be part of this milestone celebration and help us begin the next chapter of the Anthesis story.
