Celebrating a Decade of Partnership: Anthesis and East Valley Water District

At Anthesis, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over the past ten years, we have had the privilege of collaborating with the East Valley Water District (EVWD) to create opportunities for individuals in our program to work and thrive. Recently, we were gathered together to celebrate ten years of this remarkable partnership and the impact it has had on our team and the broader community.

Anthesis and EVWD joined forces to create employment opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since then, our collaboration has grown into a shining example of what can be achieved when a nonprofit organization and a forward-thinking public utility work together with a common purpose.

The EVWD has not only provided job opportunities but has also embraced our team with open arms, creating an inclusive culture that values diversity and encourages personal growth. This partnership has set a high standard for what can be achieved when organizations work together with a shared purpose.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also look to the future with excitement and optimism. We are committed to continuing our work with the East Valley Water District and exploring new opportunities to expand our impact. Together, we will continue to create pathways to employment, foster inclusion, and make a positive difference in our community.
